Training & Technical Assistance Program
First Nations Development Institute’s Training & Technical Assistance program provides both standardized and customized technical assistance and training to its grantees as well as other Native community based organizations. Our function is to support the work of our constituents and grantees at the tribal philanthropic, business and nonprofit levels. The program offers practical and specialized technical assistance & training to help identify problems, resolve issues, strengthen activities, improve systems, policies or procedures, achieve goals, and enhance programs for sustainability and growth. Training & technical assistance is administered through site-visits; teleconferences, email, and Internet support; mentoring & information sharing; conferences, institutes, workshops, curriculum development and publications.
