Legislation & Advocacy
Legislation and Advocacy are important in helping tribes regain control of assets and provide them with tools to manage and build their assets. Legal and regulatory structures and systems are needed at the tribe, state and federal levels and obstacles to asset building must be removed. Currently, First Nations is involved the following issues:
