Marsha Whiting

Senior Program Officer
(Chippewa Cree)

Marsha Whiting is an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of the Rocky Boy reservation and is also Sicangu Lakota.  She joined First Nations as a project coordinator in September 2009.

Prior to joining First Nations, Marsha served as the project grants administrator at the American Indian College Fund, where she oversaw several special projects at the nation’s tribal colleges. She continues a long standing family tradition of being an active member of the Denver Indian community. Marsha has worked for, volunteered, and served on advisory boards for many of the American Indian nonprofit agencies in the area.

Marsha was a 2008-2009 Leadership & Entrepreneurial Apprenticeship Development (LEAD) program Fellow and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
