The ultimate purpose is to 1) leverage support from local foundations to 2) create sustainable organizational capacity and 3) develop a performance management system for data collection and outcomes reporting, thus 4) increasing our ability to retain funding and gain new resources; 5) Utilize data-driven decisions for quality assurance and quality improvements, and therefore 6) increase our organizational efficiency and effectiveness in producing more positive outcomes for those we serve.
