This video was produced by fellows who participated in First Nation Development Institute’s Leadership & Entrepreneurial Apprenticeship Development (LEAD) Program. Fellows from the Seattle cohort discuss their experience with the LEAD program.

LEAD is an intensive one-year mentorship program that that trains participants in areas critical to successful nonprofit leaders. LEAD Fellows are employed by a nonprofit organization or planning a career in the nonprofit sector, are committed to a career working in Native communities, and are affiliated with a tribe.
