Building on the momentum of First Nations’ recent publication, “Insights for Investing in California Tribal Communities: A Rigorous Needs Assessment of Grantee Tribal Partners,” this bi-monthly webinar will serve capacity building in “small bites,” through one-hour lunchtime learning opportunities.

This series is designed for California Tribal Fund grantees and interested parties to support and strengthen capacity building in California Tribal communities. Each session will spotlight a practical tool, community-driven strategy, or culturally grounded approach to help strengthen and center individual and community wellness.

Topics will include strategic planning, building a fundraising plan, project management, creating a communications plan, and how to center health and wellness during these trying times.
