Valencia Tsosie

Valencia most recently worked as the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) Program Director for Five Sandoval Indian Pueblos, Inc. There, she ensured compliance with WIOA regulations, prepared and submitted annual program grant applications, monitored and evaluated program performance, and monitored expenditures of funds. She brings an education from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (Organizational Studies), along with extensive experience in grants management, program development, and strategic planning. 

Valencia joined First Nations in October of 2024 as the Lead Grants Development Office. Her role focuses on proposal writing for grants, serve as a grants and contract subject matter expert, and support the Institutional Development team.
