Project Purpose The purpose of the project is to create an immersive and culturally enriching learning experience for elementary students. By integrating elements of language, art, and food from various Alaskan cultures into the classroom curriculum. The project seeks to create a dynamic learning environment that not only equips students with academic skills but also nurtures their cultural awareness, creativity, and sense of belonging.

This project will utilize and leverage existing and new resources to increase the production of vegetables and build the capacity of a growing tribal agriculture program and food pantry that create economic and educational opportunities for tribal members while increasing food security for multiple tribal communities.
