Description
The ultimate purpose is to (1) utilize the art gallery to its full potential, providing a venue for local American Indian artists, and (2) increase the visibility and vitality of the MAIC. This project will allow local American Indian artists to overcome some major barriers to success by providing a venue for the exhibition and sale of their work, providing assistance in preparing their work for exhibition through fabrication and feedback. The Two Rivers Gallery has always supported emerging artists, by providing assistance in career development, helping them develop their work for exhibition, and providing opportunities for exposure and sales.
