Description
The ultimate purpose is to 1) increase the number of work hours of our part-time staff to create additional programs, services and fundraising opportunities which enhance the overall mission, and 2) maintaining the Organization's current and future programs, thereby allowing us to leverage additional resources generated by their efforts to better support our Artists. Further, with increased staff time, our Organizational capacity will be enhanced with the proposed resource development plan through increased grant writing, fundraising, events and the implementation of our WIA Guild membership dues, donations and sponsorships. Generating additional resources, allows us to better leverage other resources.

This project will leverage the experience gained from producing the WIAS&M for 10 years to help form other tribal art events in collaboration with artists, tribal organizations and tribal governments in Wisconsin. This will increase the relationships between artists and communities, and ultimately provide a sustainable network of art.

Description
The project will help WIA leverage knowledge and experience of other Native American galleries to attain a successful Woodland Indian art gallery that builds awareness and appreciation of Woodland Indian Art, and therefore sells the art of Native American adult and youth artists creating Woodland Indian art.

Description
The ultimate purpose of this NACBI project is to build organizational capacity to better manage the Woodland Indian Art Show and Market, as well as outreach activities, of the WIA Board and volunteers by adding a part-time director to the working team. This project will result in a more solid base of volunteers, stronger fiscal policies, more collaborations and partnerships, a sound communication plan, and additional funding resources.

The ultimate purpose of this project is to create a sustainable Woodland Indian Arts organization by building the managerial capacity of the Board. In order to do this we will utilize Board Training, create a strategic plan, create a sustainable business/marketing plan, create a fundraising plan and budget, increase volunteers, utilize the federal 501c3 process to establish WIA as a non-profit. By strengthening the managerial capacity of the Board, participation by artists, art collectors, museums, other public institutions and the general public will increase for all events of WIA.
