Participation in the training will increase our staff's capacity to engage in productive, collaborative decision-making, resulting in improved program planning and implementation to better serve the Native community. Our staff will leverage this new knowledge to protect our greatest asset: our people, including the community we serve, staff, and board.

Dine Be’Iiná will utilize training in strategic planning to increase our capacity to leverage resources, strengthen our programs and retain vital cultural teachings. Creating a strategic plan will increase the quality of decision making in our organization; enhance control in budgeting and operations; increase impact and participation in our programs.

This project will aid in protecting and preserving the Arctic refuge from oil and gas development.
White Earth Band of Chippewa
This project will increase the market presence of our artists and creates a way for artists to utilize the communal space at the Gizhiigin Arts Incubator to retain and advance traditional arts practices. The project also leverages existing regional partnerships to broaden economic and artistic growth opportunities for our artists.
