Adriann Francis

Adriann Francis is a member of the Pueblo of Laguna and represents the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe. Adriann joined First Nations Development Institute in October 2025, bringing more than seven years of experience in fundraising and nonprofit work, including administration, grant writing, reporting, database management, and data analytics. Prior to joining First Nations, Adriann held roles across workforce management, development, grants management, and administrative services, gaining a strong foundation in organizational operations and data-driven decision making. Adriann attended Central New Mexico Community College and the University of New Mexico. A strong advocate for Native education and community issues, Adriann is deeply committed to giving back and actively volunteers on and off the reservation to help elevate and support Native and non-Native communities.
