Marguerite Smith

Marguerite Smith is a citizen of the Shinnecock Indian Nation and resides on her home reservation on Eastern Long Island, New York. Ms. Smith is an attorney admitted to the bar in New York State. She is also an arbitrator, mediator, educator and a consultant in dispute resolution with special interests in human resources and Native American, multi-cultural, environmental and social justice issues.
