When the Tide Is Out, The Table Is Set: A Native Food Security Webinar

Native communities are finding ways to get food to their people, from community food distribution to supporting local producers and harvesters.  

In support of First Nations’ end-of-year “When the Tide Is Out, The Table Is Set” campaign, this webinar showcases projects that are helping Native communities meet their food needs and strengthen their local food systems. 

Featured speakers include Latrell Kaye (Program Manager at the Indian Pueblo Entrepreneur Complex), Steve Webster (Ukwakhwa Director of Farm and Culinary Operations), Gise Olivia-Metoxen (Ukwakhwa Director of Programs and Development), and Danielle Antelope (Co-Director FAST Blackfeet). 

Together, they will share how their communities are approaching food security and making sure their people have access to the foods they need.
